Car Football
Football with boost-powered cars. Drive into the ball to shoot, collect boost pads, defend your goal and score more than the other team before the clock runs out. 1 v 1 up to 3 v 3 against bots, two players on one device, or online.
Car Football is fast arcade soccer with cars. Two teams, Blue and Orange, drive around a walled pitch and try to knock a giant ball into the other team's goal. Boost pads around the field refill your boost for bursts of speed.
Play solo with computer teammates and opponents, share one keyboard or touchscreen with a friend, or play online with up to six players. Empty seats are filled by bots, so every match has full teams.
How to play Car Football
- Drive into the ball to hit it. The faster you are going, the harder it flies.
- On a keyboard, W and S (or the arrow keys) drive forward and back, A and D steer, and Space boosts.
- On a phone or tablet, push the stick the way you want to go and the car drives there. Hold BOOST for speed.
- Drive over the glowing pads to refill boost. The two big pads at the sides of the halfway line fill it completely.
- The team with more goals when the clock runs out wins. If it is level, overtime starts and the next goal wins.
Tips
- Do not all chase the ball. One player hanging back near your own goal stops a lot of easy goals.
- Hit the ball from behind, in the direction of the goal. A ball hit from the side goes sideways.
- Bounce the ball off the walls to get around a defender.
- Save boost for a shot or a race back to defend, rather than using it all at kickoff.
Questions
Can I play Car Football on my phone?
Yes. It has touch controls with a drive stick and a boost button, and the pitch turns to fit a portrait screen.
How many players can play?
From 1 v 1 up to 3 v 3. Online, friends can join a match that has already started and take over a bot's car.
Can two people play on one computer?
Yes. Player 1 uses WASD and Space, player 2 uses the arrow keys and Enter. On a touchscreen each player gets their own stick and boost button.
